AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CENTER FOR LATIN AMERICAN RESOURCES AND OUTREACH AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for programs at the center for Latin American resources and outreach. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
