    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 228

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(9) a plan designated by the superintendent as creditable coverage that includes spiritual care benefits for individuals that use prayer or spiritual means for healing;".

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
