AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TRAUMA TREATMENT FOR VETERANS, MILITARY PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thirteen thousand dollars ($413,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the veterans' services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to provide clinical service support for trauma treatment for veterans, military personnel and their families. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
