fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install an electronic document management
system for the first judicial district court in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design, construct and renovate transitional living
units and offices, including a kitchen, a laundry and counseling areas, for homeless teens in
