    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “STUDY” and insert in lieu thereof “INCLUDE IN THE COMMITTEE AGENDA A FULL DISCUSSION ON THE ISSUE OF”.

    2. On page 2, line 20, strike “study” and insert in lieu thereof “to include in the committee agenda a full discussion on the issue of”.

    3. On page 3, line 3, strike “; and” and insert a period.

    4. On page 3, strike lines 4, 5, and 6 in their entirety.
