AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR OPERATIONS OF AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE WELLNESS AND WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM AT THE ALAMOGORDO CAMPUS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-two thousand dollars ($72,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to pay for operations of and equipment for the wellness and weight training program at the Alamogordo campus. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
