AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A WEB-BASED PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AT THE AFRICAN AMERICAN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state fair commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for a web-based supplementary mathematics and science program for students at the African American performing arts center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
