Amendment sponsored by Representative

    1. Strike House Health and Government Affairs Committee Amendments 4, 7 and 12.

    2. On page 12, line 24, remove the brackets and line through "seventeen" and strike "nineteen".

    3. On page 13, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(7) two members appointed at-large by the governor;".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    5. On page 14, line 16, after the semicolon insert "and".
