    1. On page 1, line 24, strike the comma and on line 25, strike "donations".

    2. On page 2, line 2, strike the comma and the remainder of the line and strike line 3 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) from the unexpended balance in the fund".

    3. On page 4, line 5, after "and", insert "no more than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) from unexpended".

    4. On pages 4 through 8, strike Sections 3 and 4 in their entirety.
