SENATE BILL 71

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 25, after "owned", insert "or operated".

    2. On page 2, line 1, strike the comma and insert in lieu

thereof "or" and after "gas", strike the remainder of the line up to

the period.

    3. On page 2, line 2, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof

"shall".
