has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 8, line 12, remove the strikeout.

    3. On page 8, line 13, remove "and private school".

    4. On page 9, lines 10 through 14, strike Subsection D in its entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
