 SENATE BILL 228, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 6, after the semicolon, insert "and" and strike line 7.

     2. Reletter the succeeding subparagraph accordingly.

     3. On page 19, line 6, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 7 through 9.

     4. On page 23, lines 14 and 15, strike "costs related to card minders,".
