SENATE BILL 311

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike ", PER DIEM PAYMENTS TO SUPERVISORS".

    2. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 4, lines 1 and 2, strike "paid for by the state auditor or the department of finance and administration".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
