has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 18, after "prohibited", insert "and that the stream is not an official record of the house's proceedings".

    2. On page 2, line 22, after “chamber”, insert “shall

not be archived”.
