AN ACT

RELATING TO HEALTH; REPEALING THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES THERAPEUTIC RESEARCH ACT AND THE LYNN AND ERIN COMPASSION USE ACT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. REPEAL.--Sections 26-2A-1 through 26-2A-7 and 26-2B-1 through 26-2B-7 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1978, Chapter 22, Sections 1 through 7 and Laws 2007, Chapter 210, Sections 1 through 7, as amended) are repealed.
