SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 418, as amended

    1. On page 2, line 19, after "and", insert "petty".

    2. On page 2, line 20, strike ", including:" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    3. On page 2, line 21, through page 3, line 3, strike Paragraphs (1) through (6) in their entirety.

    4. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subsection:

         "F. Each school discipline policy shall require that incidents that have a reasonable likelihood of resulting in liability to the school be reported to the local school board.".

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 4, line 5, after "office", insert ", children, youth and families department local juvenile probation office".
