    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 34

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 24, after "trusts", insert a comma and "political subdivisions".

     2. On page 12, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

           "C. When an agency makes a finding pursuant to Subsection A of this section, the agency shall follow the provisions of this section unless there are more specific requirements in statute that pertain to the agency regarding promulgating emergency or interim rules.".

      3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
