Mr. President:

    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 35, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 9, after "emergency", insert "or in the case of a public body that ordinarily meets more frequently than once per week".

    2. On page 4, line 16, after the period, insert:

     "A public body that ordinarily meets more frequently than once per week shall post a draft agenda at least seventy-two hours prior to the meeting and a final agenda at least thirty-six hours prior to the meeting.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
