    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 47

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 1, strike "related activities" and insert in lieu thereof "other railroad capital investments".

     2. On page 3, line 18, strike "at each railroad locomotive refueling facility" and insert in lieu thereof "by a common carrier".

     3. On page 3, line 23, after "activity", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 up to "that" and insert in lieu thereof "by a common carrier"., 

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
