    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 90

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, strike "at least" and insert in lieu thereof "up to".

     2. On page 2, line 12, strike "and".

     3. On page 2, line 15, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     4. On page 2, line 16, strike the subsection designation "B." and insert in lieu thereof the paragraph designation "(5)" and strike "Videoconferencing" and insert in lieu thereof "whether videoconferencing" and strike "not".

     5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     6. On page 2, line 17, strike "and mileage expenses".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
