    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 116

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, strike lines 9 through 10 in their entirety.

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 15, strike the ending quotation mark.

    4. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new subsection:

         "D. As used in this section, "ancillary services" means services that are supplied from or in connection with facilities employing voltage source conversion technology and that are used to support or enhance the efficient and reliable operation of the electric system."".

    5. On page 2, strike lines 24 through 25 in their entirety.

    6. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 2 and reletter the subsection accordingly.

    7. On page 3, line 5, strike the ending quotation mark.

    8. On page 3, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection:

         "D. As used in this section, "ancillary services" means services that are supplied from or in connection with facilities employing voltage source conversion technology and that are used to support or enhance the efficient and reliable operation of the electric system."".
