AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A REGIONAL ADULT DAYCARE CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to provide operational funding for a regional adult daycare center in Rio Arriba county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
