has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after the semicolon, insert "MAKING PERMANENT AN INCREASE IN FEES;".

     2. On page 5, line 10, after "three", insert "and twenty-five hundredths".

     3. On page 6, line 12, strike "the", and on line 13, before "authorized", insert "of the fee".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
