HOUSE BILL 261

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "WITHIN A SIX-MONTH PERIOD".

     2. On page 2, line 8, remove the brackets and line-through.

     3. On page 2, line 9, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "once in a month or more than six".

     4. On page 2, lines 9 through 14, strike the underscored language.
