has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 2, strike "and".

     2. On page 4, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subsection:

          "E. one member of the New Mexico lottery authority appointed by the New Mexico lottery authority board of directors; and".
