    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE MEMORIAL 45

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after "TRANSPORTATION", insert "AND THE SANTA FE METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION".

     2. On page 2, line 9, after "transportation", insert "and the Santa Fe metropolitan planning organization".

     3. On page 2, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following:

     "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the department of transportation and the Santa Fe metropolitan planning organization report to the New Mexico finance authority oversight committee and the legislative finance committee by November 1, 2012; and".

     4. On page 2, line 18, after "transportation", insert "and the Santa Fe metropolitan planning organization".
