has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, between lines 21 and 22, insert:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the secretary of human services be requested to report the findings and recommendations of the basic health program study to the legislative health and human services committee by October 1, 2012; and".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
