has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 8, after "council", insert ", the department of finance and administration".

    2. On page 3, line 9, strike "state board of finance" and insert in lieu thereof "attorney general".

    3. On page 3, line 17, strike "and the" and insert in lieu thereof ", the legislative finance committee and any other".

    4. On page 3, line 21, after "council", insert ", the chair of the legislative finance committee".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
