    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 27

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 25, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

    2. On page 4, line 1, after "education", insert ", three".

    3. On page 4, line 2, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof ", one appointed by the New Mexico association of community colleges and one appointed by New Mexico independent community colleges;".

    4. On page 4, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subsection:

         "E. one member of the New Mexico lottery authority appointed by the New Mexico lottery authority board of directors; and".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
