    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 15

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 15 through 17, strike "PUBLIC SCHOOLS OR PURSUANT TO CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE STATE AND PRIVATE ENTITIES" and insert in lieu thereof "STATE".

     2. On page 5, lines 5 and 6, strike "public schools or pursuant to contracts between the state and private entities" and insert in lieu thereof "state".

     3. On page 5, lines 11 and 12, strike "public schools or pursuant to contracts between the state and private entities" and insert in lieu thereof "state".

     4. On page 5, lines 17 and 18, strike "public schools or pursuant to contracts between the state and private entities" and insert in lieu thereof "state".
