AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS OF KENW PUBLIC TELEVISION STATION AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to sustain current operations at KENM public television station. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
