Mr. Speaker:

    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 15 through 17, under the Other State Funds column, strike the dollar amounts and insert in lieu thereof the following:

                           "22,646.7

                            83,460.2

                            82,140.7".

     2. On page 2, line 16, under the Federal Funds column, strike the dollar amount and insert in lieu thereof "249,047.9".

     3. On page 3, line 8, under the Total/Target column, strike the number range and insert in lieu thereof ">300,000".

     4. On page 3, line 9, under the Total/Target column, strike the number range and insert in lieu thereof ">1.2".

     5. On page 3, line 14, under the Total/Target column, strike the number range and insert in lieu thereof ">73%".

     6. On page 3, line 25, under the Other State Funds column, strike the dollar amount and insert in lieu thereof "93,123.9".

     7. On page 4, line 1, under the General Fund column, insert "12,000.0".

     8. On page 4, line 1, under the Other State Funds column, strike the dollar amount and insert in lieu thereof "52,603.6". 

     9. On page 4, line 8, under the Total/Target column, strike the number range and insert in lieu thereof ">2,750".

     10. On page 4, line 10, under the Total/Target column, strike the number range and insert in lieu thereof ">80%".

     11. On page 4, line 20, under the Other State Funds column, strike the dollar amount and insert in lieu thereof "26,499.1".

     12. On page 4, line 25, under the Total/Target column, strike the number range and insert in lieu thereof "<11%".

     13. Revise all totals and subtotals to correspond with these amendments.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
