HOUSE BILL 15

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, after line 25, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 12. A new section of the Tobacco Products and E-Cigarette Act is enacted to read:

     "[NEW MATERIAL] APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of the Tobacco Products and E-Cigarette Act do not apply to the lawful purchase or use by a minor of a tobacco-cessation product approved by the federal food and drug administration."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
