AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ANIMAL CARE AND FACILITY FUND FOR SPAYING AND NEUTERING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the animal care and facility fund for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to support spaying and neutering. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
