    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 92

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, strike "human services" and insert in lieu thereof "children, youth and families".

     2. On page 2, line 11, after the period, insert "The department shall consult with the federal centers for disease control and prevention when developing the evidence-based section on child sexual abuse and assault to include methods and materials that have proven to be effective.".

     3. On page 4, line 22, after "training", insert "that meets department standards developed in consultation with the federal centers for disease control and prevention that are based on evidence-based methods that have proven to be effective".

     4. On page 10, line 10, after "training", insert "that meets department standards developed in consultation with the federal centers for disease control and prevention that are based on evidence-based methods that have proven to be effective".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
