AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE AGING AND LONG-TERM SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO FUND WORKSHOPS AT THE SOUTH VALLEY MULTIPURPOSE SENIOR CENTER IN THE LOS RANCHOS DE ATRISCO AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to fund ceramic, computer, wellness and sewing workshops at the south valley multipurpose senior center in the Los Ranchos de Atrisco area of Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
