AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO EXPAND THE DOCTORATE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-nine thousand nine hundred dollars ($169,900) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to expand the doctorate of economic development program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
