HOUSE BILL 142


has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:


    1. Strike all house health, government and Indian affairs committee amendments.


    2. On page 2, line 4, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "From July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019, upon a determination by the board that an application is complete and approved".


    3. On page 3, line 5, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 6 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "From July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019, upon a determination by the board that an application is complete and approved".


    4. On page 5, line 16, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 17 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "From July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019, upon a determination by the board that an application is complete and approved".


    5. On page 8, line 10, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 11 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "From July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019, upon a determination by the board that an application is complete and approved".


    6. On page 10, line 20, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "From July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019, upon a determination by the board that an application is complete and approved".,


and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
