AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO OPERATE A SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CLINIC AT WEST MESA HIGH SCHOOL IN ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to operate a school-based health clinic at West Mesa high school in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
