HOUSE BILL 271

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 21, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "award funding to".

     2. On page 4, lines 13 through 17, strike Subsection I in its entirety.

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
