AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND A FETAL ALCOHOL SYNDROME PREVENTION PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO'S CENTER ON ALCOHOLISM, SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to fund the university of New Mexico's center on alcoholism, substance abuse and addictions' program on preventing fetal alcohol syndrome. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
