SENATE BILL 23, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 1 and 5.

    2. On page 5, line 5, before the period, insert "; provided, however, that the breakfast after the bell for middle and high school students shall begin the first school year after the legislature provides funding for that portion of the program".
