AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-one thousand two hundred dollars ($171,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 and subsequent fiscal years to support the mental health nurse practitioner program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
