AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO SUPPORT THE ALLIANCE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF TEACHING AND LEARNING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-nine thousand dollars ($99,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 and subsequent fiscal years to support the alliance for the advancement of teaching and learning. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
