    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 62

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "JUDICIAL OFFICERS" and insert in lieu thereof "JUDGES ELECTED ON A STATEWIDE BASIS".

    2. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; PROTECTING FROM DISCLOSURE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THOSE STATEMENTS".

    3. On page 1, line 25, strike "and officers of the judicial branch" and insert in lieu thereof "elected on a statewide basis".

    4. On page 2, line 2, before the period insert "; provided that a judge's or justice's residence address, mailing address, telephone number, email address and social security number shall be redacted from the judge's or justice's financial statement before it is posted on a web site or otherwise released to the public".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
