SENATE BILL 116, as amended


has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:


    1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendment 1.


    2. On page 1, line 14, strike "PROVIDING CIVIL IMMUNITY FOR LAWFUL EXCLUSION" and insert in lieu thereof "DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".


    3. On page 1, line 20, strike "--IMMUNITY FROM CIVIL SUIT".


    4. On page 1, line 22, strike "racetrack licensee's licensed premises" and insert in lieu thereof "association grounds".


    5. On page 1, line 24, strike "stewards or the".

 

    6. On page 2, lines 2 through 7, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

 

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

 

    8. On page 2, line 10, strike "racetrack licensee's licensed premises" and insert in lieu thereof "association grounds".

 

    9. On page 2, strike lines 12 through 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a new subsection to read:

 

 


         "C. For the purposes of this section, "association grounds" means all real property used during a race meeting by a person holding a license from the commission to conduct racing with pari-mutuel wagering, including the racetrack, grandstand, casino, concession stands, offices, barns, stable area, employee housing facilities and parking lots.""
