Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 159, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 1 and 2.
2. On page 2, line 13, strike "as defined".
3. On page 2, strike line 14 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "necessary to support broadband connectivity as determined by the council;".
4. On pages 28 and 29, strike Sections 5 and 6 in their entirety.
5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
