    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 307, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, after “GRADE” insert “; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY”.

    2. On page 10, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new section:

    “SECTION 2. EMERGENCY.-–It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.”
