has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "OF", insert "IMPLEMENTING".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "PRE-BOOKING" and insert in lieu thereof "LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTED".

     3. On page 3, line 10, strike "applicability" and insert in

lieu thereof "feasibility".

     4. On page 3, line 11, after "program", insert "for nonviolent drug- or alcohol-dependent offenders".

     5. On page 3, lines 19 through 21, strike ", the director of children's court and the director of the Bernalillo county youth services center" and insert in lieu thereof "and the New Mexico association of counties".
