    1. On page 1, line 22, strike "law" and insert in lieu thereof "any adopted code".

    2. On page 3, line 8, after "marshal", insert ", the construction industries division of the regulation and licensing department".

    3. On page 3, line 9, strike "involved with" and insert in lieu thereof "and others responsible for".

    4. On page 3, line 17, after the comma, insert "the New Mexico sheet metal contractors association,".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
